Product Description

Brand YUEXIANG

1. Principle of action
Under the action of high-efficiency biological factors (various decomposing enzymes, a variety of living microorganisms), the crude fibers (cellulose, hemicellulose), lignin, long molecular chains of xylan, and ester bonds of wood compounds in the straw Enzymatic hydrolysis occurs,
Converts high molecular carbohydrates that animals cannot absorb into low-molecular carbohydrates that can be absorbed and utilized, that is, energy feed; a variety of living microorganisms can absorb a large amount of organic nitrogen and inorganic nitrogen that are difficult for animals to use, so that they can be converted into higher nutrients. A variety of bacterial protein, that is, protein feed; a variety of living microorganisms can produce a large number of protease, lipase, amylase, cellulolytic enzymes, B vitamins and vitamins A and D during fermentation; a variety of living microorganisms are in The animal body establishes a micro-ecological balance and enhances immunity.

2. Efficacy function
A large number of living bacteria, proteins, amino acids, various biochemical enzymes, growth-promoting factors and other nutrients and hormones secreted and synthesized during the fermentation process can adjust and improve the functions of various organs in the animal body, increase the feed conversion rate, and produce immunity to animals. Various effects such as nutrition and growth stimulation can achieve the effects of preventing and curing diseases, improving survival rate, promoting growth and reproduction, reducing costs, eliminating the odor of excrement and urine, purifying the environment, increasing production and income. Obvious results are visible to the naked eye after three days of feeding, which are as follows:

1. Improve the palatability of feed, increase feed intake and speed. Animals develop a hobby for the microbial cell protein, amino acid, lactic acid bacteria, and yeast, just like the ingredients in human amino acid oral liquid, yogurt and beer. Love to eat

2. Significantly increase the nutritional content of feed, which can be transformed into a variety of nutritional and comprehensive effective amino acid components necessary for animals;

3. Improve the digestion and absorption efficiency of feed, improve production performance, contain a variety of beneficial microorganisms, and establish a micro-ecological balance in the animal intestine. Animals can completely absorb and utilize the nutrients in the feed, which can make use of protein, energy, and minerals. The rate reaches 95%, which greatly improves the absorption and utilization of coarse feed, so it can reduce feed costs, and long-term use can save 10-25% of feed;

4. Improve immunity, prevent and treat intestinal diseases, establish intestinal microecological balance, inhibit the reproduction of harmful bacteria, and increase the reproduction of beneficial microorganisms;

5. Deodorizes and repels flies, reduces pollution, controls bacterial diseases, reduces the excretion of nitrogen, phosphorus, and calcium in the feces, reduces fecal odor and harmful gas emissions, and shows that the odor of animal feces is gradually reduced, and the decomposition of feed protein is reduced. It is a waste of ammonia, thereby reducing environmental pollution;

6. Improve the quality of meat, eggs and milk.

3. Fermentation method

(1) Fermented raw materials

Various crop straw powder, leaf weed powder, melon and vine powder, fruit residue, dried bagasse, chaff powder, bran, distiller's grains, beer grains, sugar residue, vinegar residue, starch residue, cassava residue, citric acid residue, soy sauce Residue, monosodium glutamate residue, edible fungus residue, powder residue, bean curd residue, medicine residue, oil residue, oil cake meal, bran, cotton rape meal, moldy feed, slaughter scraps, swill (swill) water, leftovers, chicken Wastes such as manure.

(2) Fermentation ratio

15% corn flour, 15% wheat bran, the total amount of one or more of the above fermentation raw materials is 70%.

(three) matters needing attention

1. If crop straw powder, leaf weed powder, melon and vine powder, fruit residue, dried bagasse, chaff powder, rice bran, edible fungus residue, chicken manure, etc. are added, the total does not exceed 30% of the total fermentation raw materials.

2. The mixed fermentation of multiple fermentation materials is better than the fermentation of a single fermentation material. Energy feed (corn flour, wheat bran, rice bran) can ferment one material separately, or two or three materials can be mixed and fermented in any ratio.

(4) Fermentation method

1. Fermentation ratio: 1000 kg of fermented feed with good crushing (1mm hole through the sieve), 350-400 kg of water (350 in summer, 400 in winter), and 2 kg of EM stock solution. 1-2 kg of brown sugar

2. Making diluted activated fermentation broth: Pour brown sugar and 2 kg, EM stock solution into 350-400 kg water, stir and soak for 1-6 hours to make activated fermentation broth.

3. Mix the prepared activated fermentation broth with 1,000 kg of fermented feed evenly, and the humidity should be kneaded by hands without dripping, and it is better to disperse when touched. In large farms with mixers, slowly add the activated fermentation broth to the feed and stir evenly; farmers without a mixer will slowly spray the activated fermentation broth onto the feed in a small amount, and stir evenly with a shovel. Note: There should be no lumps or water. To agglomerate, rub the agglomerates and water agglomerates by hand and stir evenly.

4. Large-scale breeding farms can compact and pile the configured feed on the ground or put it into a cement tank for compaction, and seal it with plastic film; small farmers can put the feed into a tank, a large plastic bucket, and a tank for compaction and airtightness. Use plastic film to seal, and seal several layers to ensure that the seal is completely airtight.

5. Anaerobic fermentation in a place with room temperature and rat-proof. According to the season, it will be fermented for 5-7 days (5 days in summer, 6 days in spring and autumn, and 7 days in winter). It will give off a slightly sweet and sour strong scent of koji, indicating successful fermentation. If it is only sour and not fragrant, there is no koji fragrance; or the whitening is due to the incomplete sealing and ventilating. The fermentation is unsuccessful. The feed that has failed to ferment can be dried and re-fermented (slightly increase the amount of strains). The fermented feed should be compacted and sealed and airtight; the moisture content is appropriate, the more it is easy to acid, and the less the fermentation is too slow; the mixing should be even, and the lumps should be crushed.

6. After the fermentation is successful, take out the unfermented complete feed and mix it evenly and feed it directly. If it is fermented for five days, it should be immediately sealed after taking it every day, and then taking it again and sealing it again. Note: This usage amount does not exceed the five-day usage. If the amount of fermented feed is large at a time, the portion exceeding the five-day dosage must be dried and stored. If you want to sell fermented feed, you can dry it and sell it, or sell it to users for fermentation.

(5) Addition ratio

The ratio of fermented feed in various complete feeds:

1. Pigs: 15% for small pigs, 20% for middle pigs, 30% for big pigs;

2. Broiler, laying hen, laying duck: 10-15%, meat duck: 20%;

3. Four major aquatic major fish: 10-30%;

4. Goose, cattle, sheep: partly or completely replace roughage.

Four, matters needing attention

1. The fermented raw materials should be crushed as finely as possible, stirred evenly, and there should be no water agglomeration;

2. It is best to use it up once the package is opened, and cover the original liquid tightly if it is not used up;

3. It is best not to use it with antibiotics at the same time, it can be mixed with a low dose;

Five, storage conditions

should be stored at room temperature, in a ventilated, cool and dry place, away from moisture and light, and should not be stored at the same time with toxic drugs.
