Product Description

Brief introduction:

Xylanase is obtained by submerged fermentation of Trichodema Reesi. It is widely used in bakery,feed , brewing, functional oligosaccharides, wheat processing etc.

Working Mechanism:
Xylanase is an complex enzyme series which can degrade xylan to Xylo-oligosaccharide and xylose, most of which are β-1,4- xylanase and β - xylosidase .

2. Unit definition : One unit will liberate 1 μmole of reducing sugar measured as xylose equivalents from oates xylan 10mg/ml per min at pH 4.8 at 50 °C.


Application Guide:

1. Food grade xylanase used in the bakery industry, the recommended dosage is 0.02-0.15kg/t (base on 290000iu/g ), mixed with Fungal alpha amylase or refined Alpha Amylase can work better.

2. In the complex feed enzymes, the recommended dosage is 0.01-0.05kg/t raw material, (base on 10 0000 iu/g ).

3. In the process of wheat beer (saccharification process), sake, wine (squeezing process ),the yield of starch/sugar .The recommended dosage 0.1-0.5L/t dry basis ( base on 50000 iu/ml ). Mixed with β- Glucanase or neutral protease can work better.

4. In the process of fruit juice, the recommended dosage is 0.1-0.2L/t dry basis( base on 50000 iu/ml ).Mixed with pectinase and refined Alpha Amylase can work better.

5. Xylo-oligosaccharides is regarded as "Super bifidus factor" ,the recommended dosage on the production of oligosaccharides by enzyme methods is 0.2-0.4L/t dry basis (base on 50000 iu/ml), keep for 12-24 hours .

Package and Storage:

Plastic drum is used in liquid type, Plastic weave bag is used in solid type. Avoid exposure to sunlight when being transported. Solid enzyme should avoid direct sunlight and rain. It should be kept in clean, cool and dry place.
