Alkaline protease particles

 1. Product performance description

It is an enzyme preparation produced by microorganisms through deep liquid fermentation and modified by DNA recombination. Its main activity is alkaline protease, which can quickly decompose proteins. It is a commonly used enzyme preparation in the detergent industry.

It can hydrolyze almost insoluble proteins adhered to fabrics into peptide chains and amino acids that are easily soluble in detergent solutions.

It can improve the washing effect at about 20 degrees.

Can help remove sweat, blood, food protein soils (broth, milk, mucus) to achieve a unique washing effect.

3. Temperature and PH value
The temperature of action is the same as that of a typical detergent process (about 25-55 degrees), and the optimum temperature for this enzyme is 40-50 degrees.
The pH value is wide, 7.0-13.0, and the recommended pH is 7.0-9.0

4. Instructions for use

Add 0.2-0.5 kg of protease per 100 kg of product (recommended dosage)

Strong suggestion: Please do a small sample test and try it out before mass production.

 5. Mechanism of action:
Alkaline protease is refined from selected microorganisms through submerged fermentation, using new technologies and advanced processes such as ultrafiltration, concentration, evaporation, and centrifugal dust-free granulation. The refined proteolytic enzyme belongs to a concentrated alkaline protease, which can hydrolyze most of the peptide bonds of protein molecules and has a strong ability to decompose proteins.

6. Packaging and Storage
Standard packing: 30kg/drum.
Store in a dry place at room temperature, preferably 5-25 degrees, and the annual loss of activity should not exceed 5%

7. Precautions

 This product is flammable and can be mixed with water in any proportion. Please wear protective measures during operation. (Work clothes/masks/glasses, etc.), avoid direct inhalation and direct contact with allergic skin. If it accidentally gets into the eyes, please wash it immediately.
